Teknik Ticaret is an Ankara-based B2B electrical and hardware distributor serving 320+ dealers via phone, WhatsApp and email. The average quote-to-order cycle was 24 hours, the sales team juggled 800+ messages a day, and Excel macros were used to match SKU codes with dealer-specific prices.

The Karum B2B portal launched in 3 weeks. Dealer-specific price lists, payment-term tables, product catalogs — all defined from the panel, no code. Dealers request quotes from their own panel; the system auto-adjusts prices based on dealer group, checks credit limits, and triggers an approval flow. When the order is confirmed in one click, it flows into SAP via outbox.

Six months later, 45% of orders are self-service — the sales team no longer answers phones, they handle exceptions. Quote-to-order time dropped from 24 hours to an average of 4 minutes.
