Atlas Moda is a Bursa-based women's apparel brand. For 5 years they ran on Ticimax; their Trendyol and Hepsiburada integrations were managed through third-party tools, leaving price and stock data 6-8 hours stale by mid-day. During seasonal campaigns, "which channel has the correct price?" was the most frequent internal debate.

Cutover to Karum took 3 days. The catalog importer brought 12,400 products across with variants, images and size charts. Three days later: Trendyol + Hepsiburada + N11 + Pazarama + Amazon TR + Çiçeksepeti + Modanisa + their own web store — 8 channels live with synchronized stock and pricing. Marketplace rules (commissions, category mapping, title limits) all flow through Karum's channel adapters.

Seasonal revenue (March-May) grew 180% year-over-year. Returns from stock desync dropped to zero. Operations only added 1 new team member — for marketplace campaign management. "We used to spend Friday evenings entering prices into 8 channels separately. Now it's one click — Karum does the rest," says e-commerce manager Burcu Eren.
